Dr. Werner Wellhöfer

Dr. Wellhöfer studied law in Munich and Lausanne, Switzerland. He worked for a US Law firm for three months and began practicing as a lawyer in Munich 1976. Since 1981 he has been working for the former law firm Fiedler (becoming a partner in 1983) which today is CMS Hasche Sigle. Dr. Wellhöfer mainly is concerned with community law, mergers and acquisitions, and the drawing up of international contracts. Dr. Wellhöfer lectures on the formulation of international contracts in practice in the framework of the LL.M. Europ. Program at the University of Passau
